Our number one priority is to protect our clients. We need to collect personal information in order to provide the products you request.  If you do not provide the information requested, we may not be able to provide you with these products.  Including without limitation your credit card information, billing address or any financial information you provide in connection to your purchase of our products. We don't share this information with third parties. Blitzstein Museum of Art must disclose information about you in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including but not limited to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. But otherwise, it is only used to provide a service. 

All content on this site are the copyrighted material of Blitzstein Museum of Art, and may not be reproduced in any manner without the expressed written consent of Blitzstein Museum of Art. All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted, Blitzstein Museum of Art reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price. Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit. Please further note that Blitzstein Museum of Art, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Blitzstein Museum of Art shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
